The Piedmont Tennis Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the tennis programs and facilities at the Sharon Lester Tennis Center in Piedmont Park. The Piedmont Tennis Association began in 1976 at the historic Piedmont Park Tennis Center in Midtown, Atlanta. 

We work closely with the City of Atlanta Department of Parks, Recreation & Cultural Affairs.

NOTE: Beginning February 1, 2024, all City of Atlanta Tennis Centers will be managed by Agape Tennis Academy. Please read below for updated information.

All City of Atlanta Tennis Centers are currently open to the general public for Doubles and Single Play Matches (Click HERE for info on Lessons). For League Play information, please contact slinfo@agapetennisacademy.com.​

• Sharon Lester Tennis Center Hours:

• Monday-Friday     9:00am – 9:00pm

• Saturday 9:00am – 5:00pm

• Sundays  10:00am - 5:00pm

 

RESERVATIONS:

• All reservations must be made in through Club Automation​

• All transactions will be cashless; credit card payments only

 

CHECK IN PROCEDURES

• Please be sure to follow all CDC Guidelines prior to and during your visit

• Follow posted check-in procedures. Staff will verify group and direct to designated tennis court

• Plan on bringing personal gear (tennis balls, rackets, gloves, etc); No Equipment Rentals available

• Please use provided hand sanitizer prior to play
